Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up 09 posts of Process Servers (General -05, General (ESM)-01, SC-01, BC-A-01, BC-B-01, Reserved only for the candidates of haryana state) and 11 posts of peon/Addl. Peon/chowkidar/waterman etc. (General-06, General 9ESM)- 01, SC-02, BC-A-01, BC-B-01 reserved only for candidates of haryana state), purely temporary but on regular basis in the pay matrix of Rs. 16900-53500/- denotes level for Group D, pls other usual allowance as admissible to haryana government employees form time to time. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased due to creation or withdrawal of courts or otherwise during the selection process. No intimation in this regard will be issued separately.

Haryana District & Sessions Judge Faridabad Recruitment Education qualification
Process server- no candidate shall be eligible for appointment unless he/she is a matriculate with knowledge of hindi or Punjabi
Peon- the candidate who have passed middle standard examination and possess knowledge of hindi/Punjabi.
Haryana District & Sessions Judge Faridabad Age limit-
No person shall be recruitment to the service by direct appointment , if he/she is less than 18 years or is more than 42 years of age as on 01.01.2021. upper age limit is relaxable as per instructions of Hon’ble high court and as prescribed by the haryana government from time to time.
Haryana District & Sessions Judge Faridabad Form Apply Last date-
The last date for receipt of the applications shall be 09.02.2021 up to 04:00 PM. No application received thereafter shall be entertained in any case. Delay on the part of postal authorities shall not be a ground for entertaining the applications received after due date.

Reservation policy as enforced at the time of selection would be considered and applicable; provided that no candidate of reserve category is available, then appointment would be made from the general category.

The selection for the aforesaid posts shall be made strictly in accordance with amended rule 7 of haryana subordinate courts establishment (recruitment & general conditions of service) rules, 1997

The candidates are advised to visit the website on regular basis. no separate call letters for the viva-voce would be sent to the candidates.

Separate applications for each post, on plain paper with recent photograph of candidate affixed thereon containing full particulars i.e. Name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, sex, educational qualification, category, permanent address, present postal address, nationality, contact number, e-mail id, experience if any, along with attested copy of relevant certificates besides two self-addressed properly stamped envelopes should reach the office of District & Sessions Judge, District Courts, Sector-12 Faridabd, either by registerd post or by hand well before the closing date i.e. 09.02.2021 by 04:00 PM.
Haryana District & Sessions Judge Faridabad Important Instructions
The incomplete applications, such as without name of post applied for, category which the candidates, belongs, date of birth, educational qualification and filled without photograph, envelopes and attested copies of relevant certificates, testimonials and received after due date or before the date of advertisement, shall be rejected out-rightly without any intimation to the candidates. However, rejection list would be uploaded on the website of this office i.e ecourts Faridabad.
No correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained in respect of incomplete applications or those which are received in this offie after due date or before the date of advertisement.
Candidates working in government department, semi government, any corporation or any boards are required to apply throught proper channel.
No TA/DA is admissible to any candidates appearing in the test/interview for the post mentioned above.
