DH&FW Society Haryana Exam date
- Written test will be conducted for screening for the candidates and only shortlisted candidates will be given computer test and further called for interview.
- Reservation policy decided by govt. of haryana will be applicable for the above advertised posts.
- Selection criteria will be based as per NHM norms and local area weightage (Residential Certificate) and marks for NHM experience will be given.
DH&FW Society Haryana Important instructions
- Full particulars along with contact no, email id, postal address with PINCODE, two passport size photo and copies of educational qualification & experience attested by gazette officer should be attached with the application form.
- The contract can be terminated at any time without assingning any reason with 30 day’s notice on either side.
- Number of posts can be increased, decreased, and abolished by the district health and family welfare society, mewat.
- Candidates must bring their own complete original documents, one set of self-attested documents of all qualification, residence proof, and caste certificate issued by competent authority with two passport size photographs.
- The application received after the last date i.e 19/11/2020 will not be accepted in any circumstances.
How to apply DH&FW Society Haryana Application Form
- Applications along with self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials with cash fee of Rs. 300/- can be submitted by hand in the O/o Civil Surgeon, Nuh at Mandikhera w.e.f 11/11/2020 to 19/11/2020 from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM at window no. 1.

- The candidates who have applied earlier, don’t have to submit fresh application form. Previous application forms will be considered.
