A committee of the departmental officers shall be constituted for inviting applications & for preparation of merit list with approval of DGMG. Haryana Mining Guard Recruitment Salary/Pay-Scale
Equal pay for equal work principle shall be initially applied to the employees engaged under outsourcing policy part-2 for Haryana Mining Guard Recruitment. The functional level of pay of the post of mining guard is FPL-DL (Rs. 16900- Rs. 53500) and initial pay (minimum of pay scale of the category is Rs. 16900/-) for the post of mining guard but would not be entitled to any of the allowances attached to the post.
Who can apply Haryana Mining Guard Application Form?
- The candidates/ applicants shall be eligible who have served service of minimum 5 years. At the time of retirement, the candidate/ applicants should have “category-A medical” and exemplary/excellent character certificate.
- The applicants/candidates should not have any criminal proceeding in any court of law.

Haryana Mining Guard Recruitment Important Instructions
- The appointment is purely on contract basis for a period of one year which is extendable for another one year.
- The applicant should enclose/attach eligibility certificate and discharge book along with the application form.
- No application after the last date of the submission of the same shall be considered.
- The department has the right to withdraw, reduce or add to the number of post without any intimation.
