| Technical | 1 | Rohtak and panchkula | B.Sc (agri.) (hons.) with specialized in plant breeding/ agronomy/ horticulture/ vegetables/ seed technology. Preference will be given to persons having experience in seed testing from a recognized seed testing laboratory. |
