Indian Air Force Recruitment 2021 Notification for Airmen Group X Y Apply online form
Indian Air Force Invites unmarried male candidates to appear in the Indian air force recruitment rally from 10 december 2020 to 19 December 2020 to join as airmen in group x and group y (technical & non-technical trades) except education instructor trade at various airmen selection centres across india.
The recruitment test is for Group X (Technical Trades) except education instructor trade.
- All districts of UT of delhi and state of uttarakhand to join as airmen. The Indian air force recruitment test is for air force group x trades.
- All districts of UP (Uttar Pradesh) will have air force recruitment test at 3 airmen selection centre, air force station Kanpur, uttar Pradesh for intake 01/2021
- All districts of state of Jharkhand will have Indian air force recruitment 2021 exam at 10 airmen selection centre bihta, patna bihar for intake 01/2021
The recruitment test is for Group Y (non-technical trades) except automobile, technician, Indian air force (police), Indian air force (security) and musician trades.
- All districts of state of Madhya Pradesh will have an Indian air force recruitment exam 2021 at 15 airmen selection centre, shyamala hills, Bhopal.
- All the districts of state of tamil nadu, UT of puducherry and Andaman & nicobar islands will have an Indian air force recruitment exam at indira Gandhi sports complex, puducherry.

Indian Air Force Recruitment 2021 Qualification , Age Limit
- Educational Qualification- Indian air force qualification includes passed 12 class with maths, physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- Age- candidates born between 17 January 2000 to 30 December 2003 (Both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the air force recruitment rally.
Indian Air Force Exam Pattern 2021 for Group X and Group Y
For Group X- Indian Air force exam will be on the same day after qualifying the air force physical test 2021. The air force exam will be of objective type and question paper shall be bilingual (English & hindi) except for English paper. Duration of air force exam will be 60 minutes and shall comprise of physics, maths and English as per 12th cbse syllabus.
For Group Y- The written test will be objective type and question paper shall be bilingual (English & hindi) except for English paper. Answers to be annotated on OMR sheet. Detailed procedure shall be explained before conduct of the air force y group exam. Duration of the written test will be 45 minutes and shall comprise of English as per 12th CBSE and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). Candidates are to qualify in each paper separately.
Indian Air Force Recruitment 2021 Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for Group X and Group Y Trades
Indian Air Force Physical Fitness Test (PFT) consists or a 1.6 Km race to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the air force physical 2021
Indian Air Force Recruitment 2021 Salary for Group X and Group Y
- Salary For Group X- During training, air force airmen will be paid a stipend of Rs. 14600/- per month and on completion of training the starting gross emoluments for air force airmen group x trade shall be Rs. 33100/- per month plus DA.
- Salary For Group Y- During training, air force airmen will be paid a stipend of Rs. 14600/- per month and on completion of training the starting gross emoluments for air force airmen group x trade shall be Rs. 26900/- per month plus DA.
