Indian Navy MR Exam Pattern 2020
The question paper of Indian Navy MR will be computer based with a total of 50 questions,each question carrying 1 mark.the question paper will be bilingual(hindi and english) and objective type(multi choice questions).the question paper will comparise of two sections; science and mathematics & general knowledge.the standard of question paper will be that of class 10th and the syllabus of mr, sample papers are available on indian navy official website- https://www.joinindiananavy.gov.in .duration of Indian navy mr exam 2020 is 30 minutes.there is also negative marking of 0.25 marks.

If we talk about the trades included in Indian navy mr recruitment then there are three types of posts which are chef,steward and sanitary hygienist.the work of these trades is different.All the selected candidates will have to appoint any of these posts where their duties are as follows:
Navy Chef (MR):
You will be required to prepare food as per menu(vegetarian and non-vegetarian including handling of meat products), and accounting of ration. In addition, you will also be trained in fire arms and will be allotted other duties for efficient running of organisation.
Navy Steward (MR):
You would be required to serve food in the officers messes, as waiters, housekeeping, accounting of funds, wine and stores, preparation of menu etc. In addition, you will also be trained in fire arms and will be allotted other duties for efficient running of organisation.
Navy Sanitary Hygienist (MR):
They will be required to maintain hygiene in wash-rooms and other areas. In addition, you will also be trained in fire arms and will be allotted other duties for efficient running of organisation

Selection of Indian navy mr is based on state wise merit of their performance in computer-based-examination subject to qualify physical fitness test(PFT) and fitness in medical examinations.
